决议如下：
（1）因新冠疫情关系，取消2022年双亲节庆祝活动。
（2）因新冠疫情关系，取消2022-2023年跨年晚会。
（3）本会将举办2023年春宴，日期和时间稍后公布。
(4) 本会董事会改选将于2023年举行。
（5）第十一届缅华同侨大会将于2023年7月在纽约举行，确切日期稍后公布。

SCBCA Director Meeting was held on September 25, 2022
at SCBCA premise MPK and the following decisions were made.
1. Senior Day celebration for 2022 will not be held.
2. New Year Eve Celebration will not be held.
3. 2023 Chinese New Year banquet will be held. Date and time will be announced later.
4. SCBCA Director election will be held next year 2023
5. International Burmese Chinese Conference Celebration will be held around July 2023 in New York. The exact date and time will be announced later.
